She thinks taht Neich has been nervous and stressed since they got married. Ted is expecting a kid from Barbara, and he has no job lined up.

Kay also wonders if she should take an overseas civil service assignment. Ted has advised her against it because of the risk of disease. Page4: She talks about Kiku going to summer camp and the Kitows giving up money for their own vacation. Kay pushed for that because he gets prodded from adults a lot. It seems that Tom puts on heir according to Kay's comments "Got to keep him down to my level"
