Description
New schools have been opened up to relocating JA students from Camps. Washington DC has abandoned the EDC, and Tomi can come to Phillie. Kay asks Tom and John if they can/would like to host Tomi in Chicago (if they get an apartment) before she comes to Phillie or after she comes to Phillie.
Kay decides to put Tomi in a Pullman train car to travel to Phillie. Kay believes Chiz should not make the trip with Tomi, and travel only for purpose of relocation.
