Title
1969 12 28 Letter from Kay to John Nason
Description
Kay writes to John Nason, now the head of Carleton College, and mentions that she had wished that the National Student Relocation Council would have worked with a black group in 1943. She had proposed it "meekly" during one of her last meetings, but it did not happen. She talks about her current activism, her thoughts on S. I. Hayakawa (whom she is not aligned with at all), and mentions Howard Thurman starting to work at UCSF.
Also touches on KT and Kay's involvement in Civil Rights Movement thru JACL.
