Kay commends Ted for his work in Public Relations. Student Relocation success: most scholarships of any Camp Relocation program. Ted took 19 units while working. Neich (Kimi) is going to leave camp (Jerome) to be with Bob.

Mom Tomi wants Neich (Kimi) to visit her in Topaz. Chiz and Eddie plan to leave for farming. Min- Welding Training for defense job. Iyo plans to join Min. Many fear leaving for an uncertain world, where JA's aren't welcome. There is no incentive to get ahead. Kay wants to relocate by Fall 1943.

Asks John to write to Golden Bear Man and tell about Nisei in general on campus. Mom (Tomi) has lost weight. Chiz is overworked. Sus is taking phoney rest for athlete's foot. Kimiko has pneumonia still (3 weeks). Ryo Meshima- in "Read and Share" Interest Group. All people with initiative, intelligence have relocated. George Matsuyama writes her sermons.
